I saw this guy on youtube making stevia white chocolate candy, but when I tried it, it didn't work out for me=(. I was hoping maybe you could watch it and perhaps re-invent it=))) . I love white chocolate. I am so happy to see your frosting. I agree with you on that cream cheese frosting. Buttercream Frosting is my absolute favorite frosting, and I will be trying to make it with my Xylitol. Thanks again for sharing your creativity, I'm so impressed, that I subscribed=).

@snyders101 Yes you can use any flavor you like. Just be sure to use clear extract if you want the frosting to be white :)

Unfortunately I haven't experimented to much with the chocolate but I have tried adding 2 tablespoons of sifted unsweetened cocoa powder and a little extra water and it was pretty good just not as perfect as I would like. Or you can try melting some sugar free Chocolate chips and mixing that in just not sure how much. Please let know it comes out.

Is there a way to make a chocolate sugarfree buttercream. I'm going to try making this buttercream recipe today. I have a few requests for sugar free cakes .
