@Youaresofullofshite Agreed we should leave, if not today then tomorrow. That was my whole point, since we are not able to make a difference in a short time then why stay at all? Not only are all those things on the verge of collapse, but we are losing civil liberties almost on a daily basis because of the,"War on Terror".
I have been to Afghanistan 3 times in the past 10 yrs. It has never gotten better, but its nice to see that someone over there as the same fears as we do. You know for this to really work, we need to stay there 20 or 30 yrs. So we can teach more than one generation, but alas we dont have the people for that anymore. Two wars have really messed up our younger generation.
I just saw this. Must-watch for all, especially for Americans where their loved ones and taxpayers money are being sent. It also gave me a new understanding of why the ANA is in such a sorry state and why the war will go on for a long time.
