Dzięki za poradnik wszystko poszło tak jak powinno. Chociaż u mnie w "kroku 5", nie pokazywało w "Menedżerze urządzeń" tych sterowników. A jak ktoś przy "kroku 8" będzie miał cały czas "Downloading" to u mnie pomogło wyjęcie baterii, ponowne jej włożenie i podłączenie jeszcze raz telefonu, a nast. naciśnięcie "start"

to anyone's whos update wont start on odin.... i had this problem,

on your phone before you plug it in to the usb on the computer for the first time, go to...

Applications –> Settings –>Applications—> Development

Turn ON “USB debugging” mode.

that way it will install devices that will make it work!!!!

@voooyteq Powinno bez oczekiwania. Spróbuj inny port USB, zainstaluj ponownie sterowwniki, spradź czy telefon jest w Trybie download i czy dobrze go w tym trybie wykrywa menedżer urządzeń. Ostatecznie inny laptop

Worked fine for me except it's not got the homepage set to the network standard, but after installing KIES and updating it should be fine. For everyone else having problems try reflashing it and keeping it connected until the phone gets to the home screen.

Hi! thanks for the video is very easy to follow it. I have a problem, everything is going ok, but when I open Odin, it doesnt read the phone, and the computer before did. And also if I try to upload files in ops, boot, phone..etc, I can only upload spica and spica_jc3.. its like it doesnt read the andorid 2.1 files... I dont know.. when I open it with winrar I dont get 4 white files, they are other winrar files, but the name is the same I see in the video (.tar)

I've made3 times..what can i do?

@trebormightymint1 It's first time that someone have problem like yours, so it's not so easy to resolve it. First, try to reflash your phone once again and be sure you're using the right files (because it seem like it's a software problem - not only one module is down, but few - WiFi and GSM).

Ad. 1 - Tak, branding nie robi różnicy.

Ad. 2 - Jest to OFICJALNA WERSJA DLA SPICY - kazdy telefon ma odpowiedni ROM (portowanie klawiszy etc...)

Ad. 3 - Jedynie aktualizacje aplikacji poprzez Android Market. Oprogramowanie Aktualizuje się jedynie przez programy takie jak Odin.

@hitmanstrikes yes, you should use "spica_jc3.ops" every time, when you're going to install Android 2.X series :)

the folks at the forum say for firmware before jc3 have to flash to jc3 then i can use spica_jc3.ops....So Im a lil confused...once this is sorted out..I can flash :D

@hitmanstrikes You have to use "spica_jc3.ops" when you're flashing with firmware higher than JC3. In video we're using JF2.

You don't have to flash to JC3, you can flash to JF2.
