This Police service reflects the New York City Police department during the 1970's to 1990's before the department was cleaned out for the most part. Perhaps those looking to clean up corruption in the VIctora Police should look back into the history and methods used by other Police Services in dealing with courruption. History is the greatest teacher.
On 17 May 2007 the Victorian police planned and killed a Greek girl Maritsa Chiotelis. Her father has sued the Victorian government and on the 4 May 2009 was the hearing at the Supreme Court of Victoria. The Victorian Government has asked the media not to publicise this matter because the Government wants to hide it. WHY? Because the fucking dogs of this Government can't find a whole to hide and that is why. Can someone please call the Government and ask them some questions? NOEL ASHBY involved.
I remember the day when cops used to charge the ambulance drivers for driving over the limit who were going to save people back in the seventies. The list is long and extensive with victorian policing forces also having a patern that cannot be dismissed or passed on to other parties.
You could rephrase your title. It's only a couple of bad eggs in the basket of thousands. In fact, the new director of the OPI came out this week and stated that it was his mission to prove that corruption is not endemic in the Vic Police.
We need a commission into lawyers. Then the fun would start. The entire legal system that has been designed by lawyers is a corrupt closed shop. They are against a commission because they have a lot to hide.
