@rayan0hayat hi, i take about 3 a day, but really its up to you depending on how much protein you need to supplement i weight about 85kg right now so i try to take 185grams of protein per day from food and supplements. How much do you weigh?make sure you take zinc too as you need it to break down protein in your body for better results. i would take a shake for breakfast, 1 b4 training one after and sometimes 1 b4 bed, but protein b4 bed need to be slow release

@joy4078 eggwhites (4 to 8 depending on the ammount of protein you want) half glass of soya milk, (you can use regular milk) few spoons of vanilla yougourt and a drop of honey then blend away

Emi bro, I do the same thing with eggwhites, pure albutrin protein. Try using almond milk gives it a little better flavor. But what kind of chest workouts you do? That my only problem.. Pecs lacking behind everything else.
@BJC504 i do chest on average about twice a week. for example monday, i might do bench, sometimes i got heavy for 5 sets of 5 (example sets of 150kg) and others i might go light for sets of 12/15 for 110kg then i do a lot of cable work to make sure the chest gets a good strech, on a thursday i might do chest again but work dumbells. i see if i can get a chest vid for you.
Jesus Christ! How did you get those chest muscles? Also.. Is there a high risk of getting salmonella? I just made a shake with two eggs.. And now I'm afraid I might get sick or something.. If I do actualy get salmonella.. Is it very dangerous? Or is it mild? thanks

Its possible for Salmonella to be in both the white and the yolk of the egg, the white does not readily support bacterial growth so its a lot less likely to have it. I am not really sure how to treat salmonella, but the body will try to heal its self. I have been drinking egg whites for ages and not had any problems, i buy free range eggs. try to get the more expensive ones. Dude you are welcome.

hi.. you are 55kilos but how tall r ? The reason why i ask is because if you do weights too heavy before your growth plates have closed you could damage your final growth stage. By all meansa train and get really good work outs but be aware of some heavy lifts on deadlift and squatting. (PART 1)

I always liked CNP ProPeptite has it has more the one protein blend in it. but Standard Whey is the most common one. But Protein supplement can NOT replace a good healthy diet, you must alway try to eat different meats, eggs, cottage cheese, the right ammount of carbs and vegs... or your body will not grow!!

to be honest i have one of them a day, the other protein shakes i take from supplements. Its best if you work out the protein you need every day based on your weight and any gains you might want to achive.
