Actually, the "Woo, Yeah" is a break sample from a Lyn Collins' song called, "Think About It," upon which James Brown was a featured artist. The break contains Lynn saying "Woo" while James says "Yeah!" Rob Base does deserve a nod for making the break very recognizable.

@Kolbatsu It's actually not that bad, but not that good either because the lack of changes in SF4. Majority of the characters are from previous SFs and lack of interesting new characters (Abel is exactly a boring rip-off of Alex and Sean). Also, Almost no changes made to all the previous characters' movesets.

I also hate it that there's no specific stage for each characters. I blame it to Capcom's laziness for that.

I'm a huge Alex fan and this is the first time I've ever heard of him as "emo" or a copy and paste of guile.

First what makes him a copy paste of Guile? Their fighting styles are completely different? Unless you were referring to something else?

And I've never viewed Alex as emo, I've always seen him as a loud mouthed, hot headed New Yorker out to kick ass!

If anything I view Abel as emo, with his backstory and how he acts emotionally confused towards people.

@kenakuma I completely agree. Guile is cool, but Alex is just badass and way different than Guile is. He's a straight up core New York brawler, but has a good wise side to him. Abel is a very appealing character to me and while I do not consider him "emo" he is the only fitting one for the role in comparison to Alex.
