you gotta love liberals for promoting the funding of the a system that stands for everything they hate......greed. Not a single fucking proposal as how to reduce the cost of healthcare, but always demanding more taxes to pay for it. They claim to be eduated people, but they obviously don't understand that greed cannot be satiated and that, at some point, the curves are going to intersect on this graph of greed and taxes.
I think Sanders should stay in Congress, not go for the Presidency. The problems that we have in this country are because of laws created by and/or passed by Congress, not because of the President. If everyone like Sanders left to become the President, we'd only more idiots in Congress, which is the last thing we need.
The problem, as I see it, is not with healthcare, but with healthcare FUNDING. And when healthcare dollars go to market speculators, which is really all insurance companies are, the COSTS of healthcare are going to continue to rise as they profit more and more, without actually delivering any more actual healthcare for those dollars. We do not need to see to it that everyone has health INSURANCE. We need to see to it that everyone has ACCESS TO AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE.

Why do we bury their heads in the sand? Much of America is lacking in the things for which charities send money overseas. I wish the Gates Foundation would set aside funding for people in the country that made them wealthy. I wish Republicans would take a look at family & others that will be impacted negatively by this proposal. I wish more Democrats had the backbone to stand up for their supposed ideals even when the President negotiates away the middle class. Bernie restores my faith in gov.

I admire Bernie's positions and actions with all my heart. The question is, more than talking, what can we actually DO to cause ACTION by the wealthy interests to reduce their take of the economic pie?
How about 10% pay cuts for all doctors? and use that 10% to hire more doctors, so more people can be treated. Folks the US standard of living has decreased as global competitors like China work for pennies compared to what we used to make. The sickness industries (medical) have made more money. Like it or not at some point their std of living will have to decline too. Why? Their customers cannot afford it. either forgoe treatments or pay less. very simple
These sick poor people are going to have to fight for their rights too. Bernie cannot do it for everybody. These people must do something, even if it's writing letters while they're sick at home in bed to persuade people , better health for everyone is the right thing to do. Health and prevention are key. Better life habits. Less biggie meals laced with grease and fat. More healthy walks. less smoking. We all have choices to try and make our health better no matter what our genetics.

Why do we bury their heads in the sand? Much of America is lacking in the things for which charities send money overseas. I wish the Gates Foundation would set aside funding for people in the country that made them wealthy. I wish Republicans would take a look at family & others that will be impacted negatively by this proposal. I wish more Democrats had the backbone to stand up for their supposed ideals even when the President negotiates away the middle class. Bernie restores my faith in gov.

and if we MUST get rid of these healthcare programs, they should be phased out, not simply pulled out from under the people who now depend on them.
and i dont think a uniform federally administrated healthcare system for all 50 states is viable, but i do applaud vermont for working to establish a healthcare system at the state level. good work, Bernie.

How about 10% pay cuts for all doctors? and use that 10% to hire more doctors, so more people can be treated. Folks the US standard of living has decreased as global competitors like China work for pennies compared to what we used to make. The sickness industries (medical) have made more money. Like it or not at some point their std of living will have to decline too. Why? Their customers cannot afford it. either forgoe treatments or pay less. very simple

These sick poor people are going to have to fight for their rights too. Bernie cannot do it for everybody. These people must do something, even if it's writing letters while they're sick at home in bed to persuade people , better health for everyone is the right thing to do. Health and prevention are key. Better life habits. Less biggie meals laced with grease and fat. More healthy walks. less smoking. We all have choices to try and make our health better no matter what our genetics.

What about getting them returned to health, so they are actually produtive and contribute more, and are then paying customers of the rich people's businesses. also the sickness/medical industry does not want to take any less money for their services. they just care about their big money they make on people's sickness. Many people in the sickness industries (medical industries) don't care either. They want the big money for themselves, and they would rather have poor people die than take pay cuts, and provide more services for the same revenue. Their actions prove it no matter what they say.
