Karo needs a good boxing camp NOW!!! I wanna see him fight in the UFC again, I'm a fan, and I'm from Puerto Rico...I will recomend hin to go and train my Miguel Cotto for at least 6 months, do some conditioning boxer style, box every single day, and combined hes Judo throws with some Greco Roman or even Pancration take downs and holds. And last but not least...he needs to build up muscles, a lot of them.

@sublBS Yeah - I was thinking just that. He was controlling the pace well, but never put Ford in any serious danger. Then Ford jacked him up. Win Ford. Karo complained about Ford's post-fight celebration, but I didn't see anything wrong with it. It's a legit win (in his hometown?) against a well known fighter. Better fortunes next time, Karo.

Karo's win over Nick Diaz is one of my favorite fights of all time. He is a very exciting fighter and I hope he gets back to the top of his game. UFC is getting boring, it's a bunch of bro's they field from the reality show who aren't well-rounded fighters. No one is MMA throws like Karo!
