  • which shop did you but them from? and how so you make them?

  • I'm from Sweden, so I bought them in a pet shop in Sweden. But just ask any pet store for jumps and maybe they can order some in to the store for you. Making them, you should remember to make them so that the little bars will easily fall off if the rabbit hits them. He shouldn't in any way be able to get hurt by jumping straigh into one and getting stuck or anything like that.

  • where do you get the jumps from?

  • My sister made some and some I bought in a pet store.

  • rabbit -i got food "happyface" :D

  • First off you have to make sure there's no medical condition behind his clumsiness. If you doubt that he's perfectly healthy at all, you should start off by taking him to the vet before you try to train him any further, since any kind of training could hurt him if there's something wrong with his spine or something. If he's in full health, there are rabbits that are clumsier than others. Certain breeds does never really make good jumpers. Mini lops like this one are usually pretty good at it.

  • my bunny need to exercise i wanted to teach her to do this but she is a little lazy. help please!

  • Read my replies to all the previous comments.

  • @Tinwelende are rabbits more playful than cats? More likely to be lap animals too?

  • No, they usually don't understand "humor", or play like cats do. If you try to play with them like that, they'll just get scared. They are lap animals, though, most of them. Love to be cuddled with.

  • @Tinwelende so they won't play fetch with you? Isn't this playing here in the video?

  • Most of them don't really understand the "fetch" thing, unless you really train them in it. Jumping like this is something they enjoy doing, and doing tricks for treats (check out my rabbit klicker training video), but that's pretty much it. They don't really play with toys either (except rolling balls around sometimes, or balls filled with treats).

  • @3333sweetie why do u say cats are more playful then? WHY DID U GET A RABBIT INSTEAD OF A CAT?

  • @annagong963 Where can you get a set like this in England?

  • That is bun-tastic!

  • cool

  • omg!!! ur baby is so cuteee!! and smart though....

  • Aha thats te secret xd my rabbit can't jumping SO high, look to the movies on me profile

  • how long did it take you to train him like that?

  • About a month, I think, of training every day for short periods and doing it in short steps. The key is to make them think it's fun and not force them to do anything. ;) Jumping only one obstacle by himself took only a few days to learn.

  • @Tinwelende

how did you start training him? I'd like to try this with my bunnies!

  • Read all other comments. I've made some long answers previously. Good luck!

  • so cute and smart were do you get your jumps

  • Bought the first one and my sister made the other ones.

  • Smart and Cute. What was in the treat bin?

  • Thank you. :) Sunflower seeds. His favorite.

  • so cute. I love the music, it makes it so dramatic

  • I bought the first jump in the pet store. The other ones my sister made. Read my answers to the comments above and you'll find answers to all of your questions. ;)

  • what pet shop did the jump come from

  • The one I work in - In Sweden...

I don't remember which brand it is, but I kind of want to say "Trixie", though... But you should be able to go to any local pet store and ask them what they can bring into the store for you.

  • oh ok i live in england though.... might not be easy i love trixie all their stuff is brill and thanks for advice i usually just use sticks and stuff for my nevvie dwarf Zoe

  • OMG SO CUTE!! Your bunny is so talented. :D

  • OMG Filip is so cute! I have a netherland dwarf named Milo. Where did u get those obstacle course things???? Did u use clicker training? because thats what i have and i would love to start training him soon

  • I bought the first one and my sister made the other ones. When you make them, you should remember to make the bars going across really easy to tear down. The rabbit should be able to knock them down really easily, in case it hits them. Otherwise they can get hurt. ;)

  • Oh - this is sooo cute! Filip jumps alone and comes back for food - awesome.. I'll try to train this with my bunnies too!

  • what are u feeding him

  • Pretty much only hay and water. He got "Pretty Pets" rabbit pellets as he grew, but once he started to become a little fat, I stopped giving it to him. As long as the hay is of good quality, rabbits can survive of only hay and water. ;)

  • nice rabbit!! great!

But this is not Rabbit Agility this is rabbit jumping in german: Kaninhop

  • I know. Kaninhoppning in Swedish. But I mean... is it really called "rabbit jumping" in English? I thought it would be called something else... so I just put "Rabbit Agility"... :S

  • lol at 0:50

    "I ownz this course!"

  • whoa XD i like the music! Perfect for the video. Love bunnies <3

  • Thank you! :)

  • great video!! what an awesome bunny!

do u think i could teach my neatherland dwarf to do that? just wondering if they learn better if they are a certain breed?

  • Of course you can. ;) I don't think there would be a noticeable breed differance. Just be calm and train him for short periods of time rather than long ones. They quickly get tired. Good luck! :)

  • Estupido ya se murio? eso espero

  • hiiii

    omg sooooo cute

i am training my rabbit well wanting to i was just wondering where do you get the jumps

also good work and you must be looking after him good if he comes back to you :L:D

    well done

  • Thank you. :) The one in front (yellow, red and white one) I bought at the pet store. The other ones are actually hand made by my sister and a friend. They're easy to just build yourself. Just make sure that the bars going across are really easily torn down, if the rabbit hits them with his paws as he's jumping. ;)

  • How do you train it to do that ?

  • Clickertraining with shaping. Start with really small steps and reward everything he does right. After a while he will try to do anything just to get the reward. Sometimes I helped him, though, showing him the obstacle or even lifting him over and then clicked. Then, when he can do one, don't reward before he's jumped two obstacles, then three and so on. Babysteps, and you'll get far. ;)

  • what a wonderful bunny! The music is a terrific touch.......

  • he is a really great jump rabbit! And then he just run back to you after he been jumping, thats soo cool!

  • wow cool bunny wot a little star !!

  • so sweet

  • Great,great,great!!!!!!!5*

  • Wow! He did the obstacles over and over again without tripping over one!!! =O

  • soo cute that must of took a lot of hard work ... great job!

  • He's so adorable.

I love the part when he just decides to eat the jumps.

  • Where did you get those jumps? Please reply :)

Cute bunny, and really well trained!

  • Thanks. :) The first, yellow one I bouth at the pet store. The other three ones are just home made. If you make them yourself, just remember to make the bars easy to tare down. That becomes more and more important the higher the obstacles you build. But if you ask at your local pet store I'm sure they'll be able to order some in to the store for you. ;)

  • cute rabbit<3!.

  • how'd you get ur rabbit to do that??

  • You just teach him one obstacle at the time (at first by lifting him over it yourself) and reward him when he's jumped one, but not right behind the obstacle, but when he returns, otherwise he's expect a reward after every obstacle. He gets it after a while. You just need patience. And rabbits get tired of practicing pretty easily, so just practice for short periods of time a few times a day. ;)

  • asome rabit!

  • wot music is this?!?

please can some one tell me

    THANKZ!

  • It's from Shrek. "Escape From The Dragon". ;)

  • I am giving my friend a lionhead rabbit and I sure hope she has luck training him to do agility like this rabbit!

  • cute bunny HE CAN JUMP

  • i am wanting to start jumping my rabbits. ive red how to do it and understand it. but wat is a good treat to give your rabbit?

  • I give mine white sunflower seeds, but they are really fatty, so you shouldn't give too many of them, even though rabbits love them. Try giving just normal rabbit pellets if you know you'll give him a lot of treats. Good luck! :)

  • Actually, there are rabbit treats in the pet stores.

  • Filip är vår idol! Skulle vi kunna få hans autograf? Fråga morsan efter adressen...

  • Haha, absolut! Skickar även med ett medlemskap i hans fanclub och idolkort - helt gratis. :)

  • hey i have a mini lop too!! how do you teach it to do that?!?

actually my lop is such a naughty boy still, . . . we've had him for a month now about, . . but he wont' even let us hold him ahhaa, . . i've got battle scars on my hands to prove it

awesome music btw, hahaha so cute~

  • Hey. :) Just start off with one small, really low obstacle and carefully force him over that one (I started off by lifting Filip over it) and then immediately reward him. When he's learnt that he'll get rewarded for jumping over it, you make the obstacle a little big higher and such. And don't make him practice for more than 5 min at the time. They easily get bored and tired. But making him jump a little every day is a great activation for him! Good luck! :)

  • That is so cool!!! XD

  • thts a holland lop

  • nice bunny

  • cute lol

  • I love this video it so cute
