At the moment I'm using the Mail Mascot to manage my email marketing as I find it much easier/faster. Definitely works well with the tips outlined in this video.

It's so true when you say that it's easier to keep a customer than to get a new customer.
Unfortunately too many business owners continually go after new customers and don't follow-up enough with their existing customers via e-mail marketing or other methods.
