ashura is only the results of a glitch in Sonic The Hedgehog 2. when you enter the debug code, start the first level and in debug mode place around some waterfalls ( invisible - i don't know if i'm writing correctly) and Sonic becomes Ashura when you stop placing waterfalls (i dont know if i'm writing correctly because i'm italian )
