@marcusaydelott we've tried that but as you increase the load, at some point, it becomes too unstable to be safe. That is why we stick with a stable base. But yes, I believe the instability would help in a rehabilitative setting.

At first I was a little concerned b/c I wasn't too sure which part of my body would be hovering over the pointy end of that thing. Joking aside; that's pretty darn clever. It seems that it really helps keep your feet internally rotated, which is my one biggest dysfunction that likes to show up in my swings. Thanks for posting.

you might be able to use a foam roller or small med ball and get on the outsides so you are still pressing in at 45 degrees. maybe?
