..someone said something ages ago, not sure if it's the case with you but.. just upload the actual clip of the film, convert it to FLV and draw over the images.. then just moves the body parts.. arms, legs and doors (wings) because the actual transforming is not as good as when they're driving you're simply moving it from side to side and making it bigger to appear driving.. that's what i think anyway, i could be wrong.. still though it's amazing, must've took ages.. worth it though

There is concept art for an early version of Bumblebee's arm weapons that actually form out of his forearm and become tasers (stingers). It's a shame, because his final arm cannon doesn't really form from anything. It just appears and the parts start expanding. You can tell they're trying to fool the eye of the viewer. The stingers would have been really cool to see in the final version.
