I never heard of the Nine Circles in the bible, but I've heard that the person that wrote the Divine Comedy been through this in his sleep, and he learned those circles were more of a test, those who fail are trapped in (place opposite of heaven, I do not speak the name), he managed to get through those tests, then written about it, and how to pass them, and the game has the story at least 95% wrong. Dante was NOT a knight, he did NOT have a girlfriend, and he did NOT hack and slash his way out.
