Since i was little, i always wondered how,on cartoons, they would just like, be in the middle of the pool just floating and it drove me crazy! lol So every summer at my auntie's house, i would get in her pool and just swim and swim and i eventually learned how to tread. Now im a master at it XD
Many of the exercises that you demonstrated in the pool, are very similar to the ones they have in 'Aqua-Therapy/Hydro-Therapy', which is gaining popularity in aiding people who have been in both sports and vehicle accidnts. They often help rebuild muscle mass quicker, yet without the feeling that you have just gone through the worst torture ever. Water creates more 'drag' causing a more intensive workout, but in turn helps reduce discomfort and pain on the joints caused by our weight/gravity.

Nice! Working out in a pool is great for swimmers, but, non-swimmers like me no. I definetely do mean to act as the fashion police, but, I workout to look great in my clothes, so, therfore clothes are important to me, and you do not match. You make up for it in your attractiveness, but, it looks as if you just took off your jeans and polo short and just started working out in a pool. So, it did not look like you had swimming attire on, but, that is alright. Love the vid, great tips.

The no-hand standing(never figured out the name of this) get easier with practice, but its a good endurance+cardio exercises.
People look at me wierdly when I do that at the pool, I can easily 30 minutes+ now tough.
