  • Treading water is pretty easy for me and really fun. Since i was little, i always wondered how,on cartoons, they would just like, be in the middle of the pool just floating and it drove me crazy! lol So every summer at my auntie's house, i would get in her pool and just swim and swim and i eventually learned how to tread. Now im a master at it XD

  • Many of the exercises that you demonstrated in the pool, are very similar to the ones they have in 'Aqua-Therapy/Hydro-Therapy', which is gaining popularity in aiding people who have been in both sports and vehicle accidnts. They often help rebuild muscle mass quicker, yet without the feeling that you have just gone through the worst torture ever. Water creates more 'drag' causing a more intensive workout, but in turn helps reduce discomfort and pain on the joints caused by our weight/gravity.

  • Ilove doing tricep dips when I'm in the pool

  • The no-hand standing(never figured out the name of this) get easier with practice, but its a good endurance+cardio exercises.

    People look at me wierdly when I do that at the pool, I can easily 30 minutes+ now tough.

  • whenever the word swimming appears,it always reminds me of the time I went swimming with my friends after not swimming for 3 years,and after I came up from the water,my muscles hurt so much the guys had to support me,lol,but its good though,cos I lost 0.5kg on that day!!!
