I think it's so wrong that people are juding the heart of these guys just by the way they look. That's not the way God looks at a person, and it's not the way you should look at a person either.

I'm a teenager and I have longer hair and I guess I dress a lot like most kids you see out there nowadays... and I love the Lord and seek to serve him with everything I do. It really discourages me to see and hear people judging their brothers and sisters in Christ soley based upon their appearance.

I'm not sure myself. How DOES a Christian look like nowadays? As for those people who look so nice for church on Sunday and then go to parties on Fridays... they're just hypocrites. There are a lot of Christians who are two-faced. It's pretty sick.

I hate when Christian bands look so much like any other non-christian band. This means that they are really influenced by them, and that the music that they listen to is probably of that type.

That sort of stuff doesn't really matter if you're truly praising God with all of your heart and with all of your soul. To be honest, that's kind of what I thought at first... especially when I saw how long the lead singer's hair was. O_o But their lyrics are good and I think that they really are worshipping Him. I know my thinking is quite unpopular these days. Let's remember that there is a Bible verse that says that "not everyone that calls him Lord will enter God's Kingdom. " I'm not saying that specifically about Leeland, but in general. And like I said, I love the song.. but I just couldn't help it to feel awkard when I saw videos of them. And everyone can call me ignorant or a bad Christian,,, but I just can't help it to feel that way.

You are incorrect - Most Christian denominations don't "believe in saints" as the Catholic church does. In the Bible when they speak of the saints, they refer to all believers. The word has taken on a definition of it's own in recent years (thanks to the Catholic church), but that is a bastardization of what the phrase originally meant
