  • hi im twelve years old and im gonna buy head speed elite but i wondering which grip size suits like a boy like me? (i gonna buy the racket on internet)

  • @gurraSkillzz Hello gurraSkillzz the best way to get to know if the racket size is for you is to measure the center line in the palm of your hand to the tip of your center finger, OR you can grip the tennis racket and place your small finger or pinky between the space where your fingers wrap around the racket to touch the meaty part of your palm. I hope this helps! I think I show this on one of my video on grips Best to you!

  • im deciding between 3/4 and 1/2

i like 1/2 but i always add overgrip to my rackets

if i add overgrup to 3/4 will it feel like a 1/2??

  • @aznboi1398 = all you can do is try it. When it comes to grips size. It's trial and error. What feels good to you may not feel good to another player. Test it out, build it up...I've built my grip to 5 3/4 but I have built it down to 5/1/4, it all depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your game. Just test it out:-) Whatever feels good, go with it for awhile, then if it doesn't feel good, go back to the former grip size. Best to you!

  • @dmac10s i have a 3/4 with overgrip but then i held a 1/2 and it felt alot better in my opinion. Im just worried that if i get a babolat aeropro drive gt and if i add overgrip, it will get to big as in grip size

  • @aznboi1398 I think you mean 3/8ths.

If you put overwrap on a 4 and 3/8ths grip, it will probably be similar to a 4 and 1/2".

The largest stock grip size nowadays is typically 4 and 5/8ths. If you put overwrap on that, you would have a

4 and 3/4" grip, but that would be for a very large hand.

Some racquets come with a maximum grip size of 4 and 1/2", while others come with a maximum size of 4 and 5/8ths. dmac made an error when he said he built his to over 5 inches.

  • heyy i need helppp. i am a 14 year old kid looking for a racket. i am pretty good and i want an adult racket, but the problem is that my hand is sooo freakin small.i measured and got 4 but im thinking about getting a 4 1/8 racket because jr rackets suck.
