Free Market Capitalism (Austrian School) logically works quite well. Supply and Demand, the only workable Pricing System, etc..
That said; It is a terrible system if you are just an Average Joe and the economy is in downturn. No-one owns private property in a capitalist system. If you are unable to pay your council tax plus other expenses due to bad business thanks to capitalism, you wont be able to maintain that property of yours and it wont be yours. Under state communism it is possible to share your property with the state without having to pay any expenses. I think that'd make me more secure and comfortable.

No system is going to 100% waterproof. And "owning" your property does NOT guarantee you the right to do whatever you want with it. There are hundreds of laws, regulations and rules that pretty much prove that idea wrong. A property "owner" is also required to pay taxes for the "right" to "own" and use that property.
Basically, capitalism only exists for those who can afford the means to get around the rules, regs and laws.

the thing with capitalism is that it dousn't give you the right to own property, in order to survive in it you have to own property, if you don't you're at the bottom of the chain and of you do you're safe in it. It's not a right, it's an obligation. I figure that's how it works. So it's not a question of right to own property, it's a question of right not to have to in order to survive. In other words if you don't wanna pay you can say no.

Propaganda though it may be, it does explain what capitalism is fairly well, though(obviously) with no mention of it's flaws, and that's all it attempted to do. As for capitalism itself, we all know the problems- unregulated giants seeking profit beyond all else causing oppression, environmental damage and influencing politics. Control the beast or kill the beast? I myself don't know, I certainly admire it's ability to do what it can. As for communism, much of it is similarly flawed.

Was the problem with command theory bad accounting, or that the theory itself didn't account for something? If the first, computers can do that, if the later your looking in the wrong spot.

Capitalism can be sold using its most virtuous ideals. However, it is a mistake to ignore the real problems of monopoly, extortion, and corruption when applied to a capitalist system - thinking capitalism is virtuous on whole is also a mistake. Perhaps if government at least regained control of currency expansion things could get better.

Where nobody gets paid for usery. Sort of like America once was, but with many more safeguards built in to delay power grab. I don't think it's possible to devise a system that cannot eventually be corrupted by power seekers.

No-one owns private property in a capitalist system. If you are unable to pay your council tax plus other expenses due to bad business thanks to capitalism, you wont be able to maintain that property of yours and it wont be yours. Under state communism it is possible to share your property with the state without having to pay any expenses. I think that'd make me more secure and comfortable.

The poorest people of the world have never had it better in history! 100 years ago it was common to starve to death, 1/5 childred died at birth and only about 2 made it into adulthood.
I am pretty sure you are talking about the US now and the US's problem is not Capitalism it's bureaucracy and corruption mostly in the state. Other free market societies doesn't have the same problems.
