  • The Bulb Has Either Run Out Of Life Or Has Blown. If You Brought It From The Shop I Suggest The Techniachions To Have a Look At It

    Also Try Holding It For 5 Secounds To Restart If YOu Have Unpluged It When The Lamp Was Off Or Fan still Going You Have Damaged It.
