Maybe it's up to you to do a speedrun with the high jump(or even with the regen magic). Maybe I'm not able to redo a speedrun in the recent further due to my final term exam...... So try you best and it surely can be much faster. My runs will just stop at the "no high jump/regen magic" version in the recent further.
I was only at Typhon in my second speedrun when GMG told me about these new tricks, so I may start working them into the run. Trouble is, in Normal Play, regen magic will only stay up to getting CR, and high jumps only become available after getting the spear (2 sub weapons).
It's good enougth! Regen magic can help you to beat the god damn Theseus in a fast and very very easy way. And high jump can help a lot in the later part of the game, the high jump is really powerful!(I found it possible to skip the phoenix with high jump and already post it, maybe you can use high jump to skip TM3 too!)

Skipping the Phoenix is niiiccceee. Yes we can skip TM3 in Normal Play. It is quite easy to pull off. Just be careful about the camera as it does change on you at times. I've listed everything I found *then added your findigs*
LOL When I did that part, I used Icarus Acension *Hammer out* to L1 *cancel at peak using pause and sub-weapon switch* befor going for the ledge as I need the extra height often enough since I don't have great timing.
BTW, congrats on having the first video of the GoWII high jump!
