Do you ever walk with him in the rain? We often don't have a choice, and I'm thinking maybe all the wetness, walking in puddles, and so forth are part of the reason ours don't dislike the water. I'm sure you'll take him back to that pond again!
@Winkiedoodles Yes. Or well, I'm not quite sure if he was afraid of it or if he just disliked it. He voluntarily walked right into it that day. Quite a surprise. :)
