Type in the lines without (") and press Enter after each line.

Close the console "~" or "Esc" and now the mouse should work again

no, it just sets the computer opponents beginning difficulty at the next stage of training. Then if the game decides that the level is too hard for you after you fight the bot for 10 minutes it puts it at the correct difficulty.

cg_gunz, gunx and guny commands - changing them from -10 to 10 moves the gun around. Experiment a bit with them. At least Shotgun uses a bit different positioning than the other weapons, so if you get your Railgun in the middle, Shotgun will still be off a bit

I believe you're quite new to the game. Movement, especially strafe jumping, is one of the best aspects of the game. While this map doesn't really test much at all -- even if you reach the end, I hope you would, gradually, pick up the skills to 'ace' 'em all.

Because i got to the expert place by using the rocket launcher.

Walking through the lines makes the door open, so run backwards through the hallway and keep shooting at your feet with the rocket launcher and you can get to the expert place without getting that doom key.

LOL There was a key? I didn't need a key to get into the last door.. all i did was ran backwards through the white beams (door opens) rocket the floor as im running and jumping.. it shoves me a few feet ahead (which gives me loads of time) then i just rocket again and poof im in. Lol... key haha.

Same technique is used, rocket jump backwards through the doors, although I had to rocket jump up and over a pit, one level before the double door s.

QL is sweet as hell, I just love the pace and the tweaks they did to the old maps from area 3.

OR... you can strafe-jump. it's supposed to be a test to see whether you can strafe-jump. id software should take away your rl once you fire it so that you have to strafe-jump to get to the final door.
