  • the bones of the kid were bigger when the kid died.

  • the kid got bigger when he died :P

  • like it but you should do an action scene

  • Wow, I wonder what place this would be put if you entered this in time! The story is much more unique than many brickfilmers that I see, it's personal and has more emotion. Nice job.

  • 0:26 the plant is the only survivor lol

  • 0:36 why is similing

am i the one whose life destroyed??

  • this video is the BEAST

do you see what I did there

  • which website is Thac on cause I've wanted to join but idk when they have it

  • @DaLegoKid Please learn to read the video description.

  • @SpiderSock oh... sorry :<

  • @DaLegoKid It just gets annoying when you go to the effort of putting information there for people and they don't read it. No worries mate ;)

  • 0:07 to 0:18

How do you made this ?

This video is very nice !

    5/5

  • Wow, dude, good job. Loved this.

  • Holy Crap Sean AWESOME!

  • wow really nice

  • how did this fail???

how did u do the 3d camra efect thingy at the end???

  • I subscribed about thirty seconds into the video

  • Where can I download "Dragon Stop Motion" ?

  • at 0:42 it looks so fake, and yet so real! it must be from the 24 fps. nice job.

  • i didnt see the letter mod

    :?

  • @ninjastudios1 Correct. I opted to use the colour mod instead, however there were still a couple of shots I forgot it in.

  • @SpiderSock The protagonist's collar makes a nice repeated M shape!

  • @Zoot101 You make an excellent point, good sir. Too bad about the time limit!

  • Wow, that is a seriously tight-ass reason for disqualifying such a terrific movie.

  • i want both those heads. Unless it's just 2 faces on one head. Then I want that head.

  • @Gearheadtheman if you're talking about the hero's heads the one in the beginning was the weight-lifter head in the 2nd minifigure series, and the one where he was crying was the skater in the first minifigure series, but it when he changed his expression when he got the sword, that was the original face, the one before was digitally added I think. Hope that helped you! :)

  • @Legovestman yeah i was referring to the one when he was sad, then got the sword. I thought they might be the same head, since they looked a bit similar with the details and everything

  • @Gearheadtheman The second version (smiling) is the original head, it comes form the skater in the collectors minifig series. The sad version was done digitally. I would have edited the second one too, but I didn't have time.

  • @SpiderSock Oh, well nice job

  • i... am... amazed...

  • @SpiderSock how fooish of me I just read up 2 the diqualfied part. I didn't get to read the rest. I was too lazy

  • Why did u get disqualified

  • @Luigi123X Why didn't you read the description? ;)

  • Incredible

  • Holy crap. That was pretty epic man. Love the 360-CGI shot.

  • Wats THAC8?

  • @1Dwoodson Please take an extra couple of seconds to read the description before commenting.

  • @SpiderSock i found out

  • Wow, this was awesome! Everything from the 360 at the beginning, to the very smooth animation was fantastic.

  • A Really good film, too bad it didnt make the entry into THAC, I am sure it would have been one of the top entries. Regardless of it not making it into THAC it is still a great film and I really like the 360 work you have got going on, very cool. Well done

  • Awesome.

  • May I ask how you did the 360 in the beginning?

  • @ReidYoderFilms Simply by butting the set on a lazy susan and turning it around. I'll be exploring the turntable technique more int he future.

  • @SpiderSock I liked it alot. It was very impressive.

  • awesome job as usual Sean, I like the CGI part, very well made!!

  • Its cool but how did it take 24.5 hours?

  • @cubeproduktion THAC, the Twenty-Four Hour Animating Contest, gives contestants 24 hours to complete a brickfilm from start to finish. It's like a marathon for animators.

  • @SpiderSock I know that but what made you spend a lot of time for this animation?

  • @cubeproduktion 24 hours isn't much time, especially for stop motion animation. Add in the fact that I can't shoot during the day because of lighting cuts that time back even more. The time when I couldn't shoot, I spent trying out new and different effects and ways of accomplishing those effects. For example, this film is my first attempt at greenscreening Lego. Whilst it isn't up to my usual standard, I can live with that because of the deadline.

  • Great job

  • sweet

  • NICE! I was hoping for a fight scene, but with the 24 hour limit that probably wasn't possible.

  • @jkrunrmc There'll be a bit of a fight in my next brickfilm.

  • @SpiderSock Cool

  • Nice ! :)

  • Don't feel pity, you still have made a wonderful brickfilm which was worth the time! I love it.

  • @derfalschejunge This much is true.

  • excellent work!

  • Amazing!

  • 1st and very nice
