This gimmick could have worked amazingly if they would have approached it right. They should have focused more on just a creepy "possibly gay" type persona (similar to original goldust) rather than obvious gay. It might have even worked out better if they would have had him come out in TNA originally as just Orlando Jordan trying to make a name for himself without all the politics holding him back. And then have him lose week after week and slowly start snapping, because he can't measure up.
