The cat obviously loved the spider, and isn't being threatened to eat it, animals usually can't be forced to eat a certain food unless you shove it down they're throat.

@ThePianoBro1 well yes its gross but cats are used too hunting living animals and often bugs for food... it just adds something in theyr diet (forgot the name) but its a good thing too eat bugs even for humans since it has a certain vitamin in it or something so even tho its gross cats dont really find it gross so we shouldnt be picking what they find gross and what they dont for them.

my cat does that to spiders too:) There was a beetle in our bathroom once and it jumped on Angel's saw and she hissed at it and ran, lol.. she also caught a fly the other day :D and a spider the day before :P cats rock!
