Frank Welker should play the Ventriloquist, Arnold Wesker, and his Scarface puppet if Chris Nolan decides to direct a 4th Batman film. That is one "on-camera" performance that I know he could pull off.
Wow, what else can be said about Frank Welker? He's incredible. This is cool footage to be able to see him actually work the mic. For the record though....Ray Stantz is singlehandly my favorite character he has ever done, and he has done ALOT of voices...slimer included....but Im pretty bias cuz I love ghostbusters I suppose lol.
I guess the execs watched the documentary, saw the producer fly from LA to Tokyo, and then decided to go with much cheaper and much crappier animation studios for the later seasons.
funny thing: in jenine's day off, theres a moment when slimer sounds like hes saying "hay, what the fuck?" now, i seriously don't think he was REALLY supposed to say this, but ya gatta admit he let that high pitched "faaaaaaaaaaa" last a bit too long! lol
Frank ''the voice god'' Welker. he has been apart of basically every franchise of the last 40 years sometime just a dog, and sometimes just a scream but he even has a long list of unforgettable characters/voices like Ray, Freddy, Doctor Claw, Soundwave Megatron and more ...amazing man.

Why? Oh, I know. Because we watch Family Guy. Yeah, real cute. Obviously you're one of those Internet tough guys who thinks he's hard because he watches The Simpsons. I got news for you. That show sucks ass and is not funny and Matt Groening is an old hack who should've quit years ago.
Because I haven't watched "The Simpsons" since it's 2nd season. I watch "Family Guy". You're one of those internet tough guys who say things like "You're one of those internet tough guys" knowing that you'd be way to scared to say it to my face.
I dont know that the whole show was mainally franks voice for the other ghosts and monsters too but his voice sounds normally just like rays tho its odd see the guy that plays egon too frank looks just like ray too this is really great
I am amazed by frank welker i did not know he done so many voices, I'd love to get to that level. gedon4evr interesting challenge, please look through my clips and if there is any voice you think i could try and do let me know.
The only cartoon show to be animated by Korea that was any good was Ren and Stimpy, and the reason was that creator John Kricfalusi personally went overseas to train and re-train the animators in the classical ways and principles.
NOT an easy task, but when you consider that executives in America don't know what they're doing, you can see why the quality is so poor.
If you don't get a joke, and you tell it to someone who doesn't speak English, it's going to be even more jumbled.
The Koreans are doing a job, and not engaging in art. It's not something to get upset over, they just have a completely different culture than we do.
Rough Draft is the only studio in Korea these days that actually does a good job, but the reason the cartoons are bad isn't because they are Korean.
The reason they're bad is because there's a language barrier, a complete misunderstanding of what's what ( made worse by American executives' misunderstandings ) and distance.
Not because it's Korean. It could be produced anywhere else than America and it would still suck.
Part of the reason why the best cartoons of all time ( anything before 1965 ) were the best was because everyone involved knew everyone else and worked in the same building.
The thing that no one's going to believe me about is this: Television animation, post-1970, has never been produced ( EVER ) by people who understand the needs of animation.
The part about Frank Welker being able to do twelve voices at 2:03 seems to support the theory broached in the fact-based film "Exorcism of Emily Rose" about how the 'demonically-possessed' girl might had been able to alter her voice like the Tibetan monks can.

He is a voice god for a reason. Long live Welker. Always can't help but to laugh seeing him do those voices so quickly and easily. Grew up with that voice in almost every series I watched. Good stuff :)

99% of all television animation is actually animated in Korea since the 70's. Precisely why 99% of all television animation sucks.
