    Hitto ite reväytin selkäni viimeisessä sarjassa ja viimeisessä toistossa 132.5 kilolla, nyt ei ole pystynyt vetää mitään yli kolmeen viikkoon. Mutta jospa se siitä sitten.

    200Kg's is a good milestone, straps or no straps. Props to you for that.

    I used straps when I started lifting, but I have recently stopped using them. I don't know what it is, but I just makes me mentally feel better not using them.

    Props anyway.

    Thanks, mate :-) You 're right about using straps, would be cooler without them. It's just that I like lifting with overhand grip and my fingers are too weak for using it without the straps.
