I got high hops like that too, my waist is usually above the top of the net. When people try to block me I hit it really close to the net and aim at their face. This way they think twice next time when blocking me. If they try to protect their face I spike left or right them.

good jump and snap, but he would be easy to block. it takes him a while to get to the right spiking height. that half second is enough for a mediocre middle blocker to camp out by his right shoulder.

As a volleyball coach, I can tell you that you would improve %100 percent if you could stop drifting into the net and stayed open to the setter more on quicks.

One way to do this is by pointing your toes to the setter on your final hop. Otherwise, very good hits. I've also seen your videos in game as well, that can be very intimidating.

hey DZ, one of the reason why u can jump so high is because u have a low percentage of fat in ur body; making you jump higher.

There's also other reasons why u can jjump that high:

1: You did some jumping program

2: You stretched correctly before every game

3: Some kind of aura that boosts ur leg up... lol
