@Tzstep I'm not sure how you've calculated the distance but if we go by the claims made; Nibiru is a brown dwarf, has a 3600 year orbit, and a visit date of Dec 2012. That places Nibiru at 4.7AU not 12.9AU as you mentioned. That is inside the orbit of Jupiter and since it's a brown dwarf it should be very visible. Even at the 12.9AU which you propose, that's near Saturn's distance and again should still be very visible. Even out beyond Pluto it would still be visible.

Jupiter is only 390 million miles at its closest pass, so at 1.2 trillion (I said billion, my typo), planet x would be invisible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
@Tzstep There must be something weird with your Excel calculation. On a 3,600 year orbit without reaching escape velocity the maximum distance Nibiru could possibly be is 469AU not 12,909AU by your calculation. I'll PM you to go over it further.
explain this... NASA says look outside tonight you will see venus and saturn... you take your smart phone and point it at these items and one of them isnt on the star chart a little bit odd... last time i checked all the planets where on there
@Nibiru2012ishere If you're looking west at dusk you'll see Venus which is very bright but also Jupiter which will appear a little higher than Venus and not quite as bright. You'll have to wait quite a bit later into the early morning before Mars and Saturn become visible. @Nibiru2012ishere It's a misconception that a brown dwarf is only visible using IR. It is true that brown dwarfs at great distance are easier to detect using IR however they still give off optical light, even if it is very dim. However, that does not apply to a brown dwarf in our solar system as our own Sun would cast light upon it just as it does Jupiter or any other planet. Nibiru, if we assume it is a brown dwarf and real, should be very bright and visible. Make sense?

@bigleshawn There are blank spots all over Google Sky as shown in my video. No, I don't think this spot was a coincidence as I suspect the original hoaxer chose this spot to generate a convincing fantasy. Just open up the IRAS layer in Google if you want an IR view. As mentioned in my other comment and this video, such a close and large object would be visible in optical wavelengths since our own Sun would reflect light off it, just as it does with Jupiter.
@bigleshawn Based on the description Nibiru proponents give this fictional planet, it should be inside the orbit of Jupiter by now (Dec 2011). A brown dwarf is a big object and one so close would be many times brighter than the example I gave back when I created this video. You wouldn't need any IR equipment and at the very least -- if we keep our size estimation of Nibiru conservative -- it would shine as bright as Jupiter in optical wavelengths.

The proponents cannot agree on its exact position (for a start, it was supposed to arrive in 2003 but didn't) or even agree on exactly what it is, ie a planet, brown dwarf, some kind of alien spacecraft etc etc. Astronomy is a very exact science when it comes to knowing exactly where heavenly bodies will appear in the sky, for thousands of years into the future. So why is there no agreement on the position of Nibiru?

why don't you show the image in infared since you are unable to see the object in plain sight and also it is difficult to prove that you are showing the correct data behind the box. an image that requires infared to see will not be visible even if if close to other planets or stars. After closer examination of the Mercury UFO, I've discovered something amazing. The CME does actually travel across this thing from left to right. You can see the wave hit it and move across it's surface. This is not an artifact, but an actual object. Plus, why does one think it's impossible for an alien race to travel across space and find us? Is one suggesting that there is no intelligent life out there? If they were approaching a new world, wouldn't it make sense to be invisible?

There is no other explanation as to what this object is, but an enormous craft. If this was just an artifact, it would show up all the time. So, now that an enormous mothership has been spotted next to Mercury, it's safe to say that everything I've said is correct. My times were a little off, but the truth has now been revealed. In fact, there is more than one explanation, which tells me that they have no idea what it is. If this was a normal image artifact, then it would show up all the time. It doesn't show up all the time. The reason the object appears to be in a different position on the other satellite, is because the other satellite is in a different position.

@see2suns The answer to this is quite simple. You are seeing the uncloaking happen as the CME hits the front of the craft. This make the ships front appear at once, instead of from left to right. The object appearing beside Mars, is simply one of it's moons. However, Mercury doesn't have a moon. This ship may not be cloaked, but total black metallic with a force field.

Now, if you really want an entertaining evening, might I recommend watching the interview with John Lear, wow, if what he says is true, then worrying about a blank spot on Google sky seems benign at worst. Just for starters he says Venus is inhabited with intelligent life like many of the other planets in our solar system including Jupiter which he says, isn't the gaseous planet we've been made to believe.

At any rate, what the general public may or may not do is immaterial -- the data is available and anyone can easily find what is located in this region which makes for a pretty poor cover up. @MrMixedNtwisted Yes, that is the location of Saturn which was captured in the IRAS data twice. Having a blank spot in Google isn't really a "major cause for concern". Google Sky is nothing more than a cool toy and while fun and interesting, it shouldn't be used as a serious source for sky survey data. You already know how to bypass the bugs and glitches in Google by going to the source. Personally, I don't see the cause for concern since this data is so easily found elsewhere.

Hi nutwithatheory, thanks for putting this video up and I have subscribed to your channel. I also just posted a couple of comments on the video v=Aj97tz49vR0, from libertylover522, to mention again about the data dropout in Google Sky which you pointed out there. I also mentioned the South Pole Telescope can't take pictures because it's a radio telescope and NASA did not discover "Nibiru" in 1983, but high intensity IR galaxies, which were not followed up by the media. Keep up the good work!
@genericaccounr That is Saturn which was captured twice on the IRAS data. Google's blank spot over this area is likely another issue with their stitching program or perhaps it was intentionally blanked out to avoid confusion. If you look at the original IRAS data outside of Google you'll see there is no blank area and you can see Saturn captured twice -- it looks like a happy face in space.

CW Leonis is a well studied spectral type C star first discovered in 1969 using the Caltech Infrared Telescope by Eric Becklin. When you view it in Google IR you're using IRAS mission data created in 1983 over the course of one year. When you view Google in IR you're viewing the cosmos as it was in 1983.

@MrLovESouls It's easier to use IR to spot objects like carbon stars and brown dwarfs but they don't only emit light in the IR spectrum. Carbon stars emit optical wave lengths as well however they're very dim and I believe CW Leonis has a visual 18 magnitude. Yes, Elenin was discovered on an 18" MicroLine ML09000 used at prime focus. How was Leonid Elenin able to spot such a distant and small object? Looking in the right place, at the right time and add a dash of luck and a lot of persistence.
We're getting close to Elenin's closest approach. Elenin has come apart into smaller pieces and will now probably hit Earth. They've already evacuated the ISS. Obama will be leaving for an underground bunker in Colorado at exactly the same time Elenin aligns with Earth and the Sun. Plus, I have already shown how radio signals picked up from Elenin suggests that there is intelligence. People think my video is a joke, but it was obtained from a very reliable source.

@D1JM You can take NASA right out of the equation altogether. All it takes to see if there is something located here or not is to peer through a telescope; 4:06. The area in question is easily visible through a basic amateur telescope. Now, before you go off and tell me that a brown dwarf can only be see in IR and thus would be invisible to an amateur telescope -- a brown dwarf set to visit us in 2012 would be very close and thus be illuminated by our own Sun and thus be highly, highly visible.

@nutwithatheory This reason makes no sense. The ISS has been in space longer than 200 days, so why didn't they evacuate when it had to be replaced last time? If it's such an important capsule, why not send up another one? Are you telling me that they don't have replacements for such a critical piece of equipment? Does it make more sense to abandon a 100 billion dollar operation, or to send up another capsule so that the ISS can remain manned and thus not putting the entire operation in jeopardy?
@nutwithatheory Plus, this is the first Ive heard of the reason being that some capsule only lasts 200 days. See, I saw the very first report and it was a completely different reason. The reason was, that the Russian supply capsule had failed and they would run out of supplies by the end of the year. So, they were going to go ahead and evacuate because they didn't want to try to land in Russia during the dead of winter. When people started asking questions, everything changed.

So, why the urgency to leave?

See, just like I sad would happen months ago. When Elenin gets close, it's going to break up into smaller craft. It broke into 12 smaller ships and will arrive just like I said, around the end of September to the middle of October. Notice how it never really had a tail? Even to the point of being so called destroyed by the Sun? Even before it lit up and broke into pieces, there was no tail. The only tail it had was just from it actually moving through space. Everything is happening as planned.
Very well done video, but you did not adress the infrared spectrum. Internet rumors are claiming that although this Nibiru is currently invisible to the naked eye (perhaps for reasons we dont yet understand), it has a very strong infrared signature. I would be interested in seeing that theory debunked.
@CuriousAndBewildered True, the visual spectrum was enough for one video and if I have time I'll make another one. However, there is no reason a brown dwarf set to visit us in 2012 should be invisible. Such an object would shine optically just as Jupiter or Saturn are very bright. You'll find that internet rumours are unable to provide IR evidence of Nibiru either and anything that is offered up is always misidentified objects like CW Leonis or Saturn.

Elenin has an illuminated coma, 5 times the diameter of Jupiter. Why is it that only very few people are able to see and film it? It's that large an you can't just look up and see it. So, if an object the same size or smaller, but with mass, was at 20AU, you would never in a million years see it.

Well, CNN never mentioned Nibiru, this is true. However, Tyche fits the description of Nibiru. They know that the orbits of Uranus and Neptune have orbits that would suggest another very large body. This was the first piece of evidence. We predicted Neptune by looking at the orbital behavior of Uranus. Also, this object was visualy spotted. It was predicted 5 times the mass of Jupiter. Why would I doubt that it is there?
Tyche might very well be out there, but Tyche is not Nibiru.

@Tzstep I'm not sure how you've calculated the distance but if we go by the claims made; Nibiru is a brown dwarf, has a 3600 year orbit, and a visit date of Dec 2012. That places Nibiru at 4.7AU not 12.9AU as you mentioned. That is inside the orbit of Jupiter and since it's a brown dwarf it should be very visible. Even at the 12.9AU which you propose, that's near Saturn's distance and again should still be very visible. Even out beyond Pluto it would still be visible.

@Nibiru2012ishere If you're looking west at dusk you'll see Venus which is very bright but also Jupiter which will appear a little higher than Venus and not quite as bright. You'll have to wait quite a bit later into the early morning before Mars and Saturn become visible. @Nibiru2012ishere It's a misconception that a brown dwarf is only visible using IR. It is true that brown dwarfs at great distance are easier to detect using IR however they still give off optical light, even if it is very dim. However, that does not apply to a brown dwarf in our solar system as our own Sun would cast light upon it just as it does Jupiter or any other planet. Nibiru, if we assume it is a brown dwarf and real, should be very bright and visible. Make sense?

@bigleshawn There are blank spots all over Google Sky as shown in my video. No, I don't think this spot was a coincidence as I suspect the original hoaxer chose this spot to generate a convincing fantasy. Just open up the IRAS layer in Google if you want an IR view. As mentioned in my other comment and this video, such a close and large object would be visible in optical wavelengths since our own Sun would reflect light off it, just as it does with Jupiter.

@bigleshawn Based on the description Nibiru proponents give this fictional planet, it should be inside the orbit of Jupiter by now (Dec 2011). A brown dwarf is a big object and one so close would be many times brighter than the example I gave back when I created this video. You wouldn't need any IR equipment and at the very least -- if we keep our size estimation of Nibiru conservative -- it would shine as bright as Jupiter in optical wavelengths.

The proponents cannot agree on its exact position (for a start, it was supposed to arrive in 2003 but didn't) or even agree on exactly what it is, ie a planet, brown dwarf, some kind of alien spacecraft etc etc. Astronomy is a very exact science when it comes to knowing exactly where heavenly bodies will appear in the sky, for thousands of years into the future. After closer examination of the Mercury UFO, I've discovered something amazing. The CME does actually travel across this thing from left to right. You can see the wave hit it and move across it's surface. This is not an artifact, but an actual object. Plus, why does one think it's impossible for an alien race to travel across space and find us? Is one suggesting that there is no intelligent life out there? If they were approaching a new world, wouldn't it make sense to be invisible?

There is no other explanation as to what this object is, but an enormous craft. If this was just an artifact, it would show up all the time. It is clearly cloaked and only become visible when the CME hits it. Now, I've heard several different attempts to debunk this and all are nonsense. The only logical explanation is that this is in fact an enormous mothership.

So, now that an enormous mothership has been spotted next to Mercury, it's safe to say that everything I've said is correct. My times were a little off, but the truth has now been revealed. A large CME blasted across the surface of this large cloaked craft, revealing it's enormous size. This is the same craft that was hiding inside Jupiter. Everything is falling into place as it should.

In fact, there is more than one explanation, which tells me that they have no idea what it is. If this was a normal image artifact, then it would show up all the time. It doesn't show up all the time. The reason the object appears to be in a different position on the other satellite, is because the other satellite is in a different position.

@see2suns The answer to this is quite simple. You are seeing the uncloaking happen as the CME hits the front of the craft. This make the ships front appear at once, instead of from left to right. The object appearing beside Mars, is simply one of it's moons. However, Mercury doesn't have a moon. This ship may not be cloaked, but total black metallic with a force field.

At any rate, what the general public may or may not do is immaterial -- the data is available and anyone can easily find what is located in this region which makes for a pretty poor cover up. Going from "there is a blank spot" to "therefor Nibiru is real" or "therefor Elenin is a brown dwarf" is poor reasoning -- just to give an example. There could be many mundane reasons before jumping to conspiracy. :)

@MrMixedNtwisted Yes, that is the location of Saturn which was captured in the IRAS data twice. Having a blank spot in Google isn't really a "major cause for concern". Google Sky is nothing more than a cool toy and while fun and interesting, it shouldn't be used as a serious source for sky survey data. You already know how to bypass the bugs and glitches in Google by going to the source. Personally, I don't see the cause for concern since this data is so easily found elsewhere.

I also mentioned the South Pole Telescope can't take pictures because it's a radio telescope and NASA did not discover "Nibiru" in 1983, but high intensity IR galaxies, which were not followed up by the media. @genericaccounr That is Saturn which was captured twice on the IRAS data. Google's blank spot over this area is likely another issue with their stitching program or perhaps it was intentionally blanked out to avoid confusion. If you look at the original IRAS data outside of Google you'll see there is no blank area and you can see Saturn captured twice -- it looks like a happy face in space.

CW Leonis is a well studied spectral type C star first discovered in 1969 using the Caltech Infrared Telescope by Eric Becklin. When you view it in Google IR you're using IRAS mission data created in 1983 over the course of one year. When you view Google in IR you're viewing the cosmos as it was in 1983.

@MrLovESouls It's easier to use IR to spot objects like carbon stars and brown dwarfs but they don't only emit light in the IR spectrum. Carbon stars emit optical wave lengths as well however they're very dim and I believe CW Leonis has a visual 18 magnitude. Yes, Elenin was discovered on an 18" MicroLine ML09000 used at prime focus. How was Leonid Elenin able to spot such a distant and small object? Looking in the right place, at the right time and add a dash of luck and a lot of persistence.

We're getting close to Elenin's closest approach. Elenin has come apart into smaller pieces and will now probably hit Earth. They've already evacuated the ISS. Obama will be leaving for an underground bunker in Colorado at exactly the same time Elenin aligns with Earth and the Sun. Plus, I have already shown how radio signals picked up from Elenin suggests that there is intelligence. People think my video is a joke, but it was obtained from a very reliable source.

@D1JM You can take NASA right out of the equation altogether. All it takes to see if there is something located here or not is to peer through a telescope; 4:06. The area in question is easily visible through a basic amateur telescope. Now, before you go off and tell me that a brown dwarf can only be see in IR and thus would be invisible to an amateur telescope -- a brown dwarf set to visit us in 2012 would be very close and thus be illuminated by our own Sun and thus be highly, highly visible.

There is no reason that the ISS should be evacuated. 4 tons of supplies just over a month ago, also the supplies that were already there, plus the reserve supplies stored away for emergencies. The Russians and any other space program always has a back up supply rocket incase this happens. They are evacuating because Elenin is now a shotgun blast and will most likely destroy ISS.

@nutwithatheory This reason makes no sense. The ISS has been in space longer than 200 days, so why didn't they evacuate when it had to be replaced last time? If it's such an important capsule, why not send up another one? Are you telling me that they don't have replacements for such a critical piece of equipment? Does it make more sense to abandon a 100 billion dollar operation, or to send up another capsule so that the ISS can remain manned and thus not putting the entire operation in jeopardy?

@nutwithatheory Plus, this is the first Ive heard of the reason being that some capsule only lasts 200 days. See, I saw the very first report and it was a completely different reason. The reason was, that the Russian supply capsule had failed and they would run out of supplies by the end of the year. So, they were going to go ahead and evacuate because they didn't want to try to land in Russia during the dead of winter. When people started asking questions, everything changed.

See, just like I sad would happen months ago. When Elenin gets close, it's going to break up into smaller craft. It broke into 12 smaller ships and will arrive just like I said, around the end of September to the middle of October. Notice how it never really had a tail? Even to the point of being so called destroyed by the Sun? Even before it lit up and broke into pieces, there was no tail. The only tail it had was just from it actually moving through space. Everything is happening as planned.

Internet rumors are claiming that although this Nibiru is currently invisible to the naked eye (perhaps for reasons we dont yet understand), it has a very strong infrared signature. However, there is no reason a brown dwarf set to visit us in 2012 should be invisible. Such an object would shine optically just as Jupiter or Saturn are very bright. You'll find that internet rumours are unable to provide IR evidence of Nibiru either and anything that is offered up is always misidentified objects like CW Leonis or Saturn.

Elenin has an illuminated coma, 5 times the diameter of Jupiter. Why is it that only very few people are able to see and film it? It's that large an you can't just look up and see it. So, if an object the same size or smaller, but with mass, was at 20AU, you would never in a million years see it.

Well, CNN never mentioned Nibiru, this is true. However, Tyche fits the description of Nibiru. They know that the orbits of Uranus and Neptune have orbits that would suggest another very large body. This was the first piece of evidence. We predicted Neptune by looking at the orbital behavior of Uranus. Also, this object was visualy spotted. It was predicted 5 times the mass of Jupiter. Why would I doubt that it is there?

@MrPhil601 That Feb 15th 2011 CNN article was about Tyche which is completely theoretical -- did you even read it?! Look, I have absolutely no problem with the possibility of a brown dwarf lurking in the far corners of our solar system and yet to be discovered. My only issue are bullshit claims people make about Nibiru visiting us in 2012, causing earthquakes or being visible anywhere in Google Sky. I don't deny the existence of brown dwarfs. So, you've completely ignored my question twice...

Its you, who have not understood the story and clearly you haven't read through the entire article. I've sent the entire article to you via private message. Why don't you give it a careful read and you'll see they're talking about Tyche which is a theory without evidence as of yet.

@MrPhil601 [facepalm] You'll note that nowhere in the CNN video do they use the word "Nibiru". The announcer even tells you that its theoretical. But whatever, don't read the full CNN article. Don't bother understanding the whole story. Just cherry pick the bit you believe validates your theory and forget the rest.

I have no idea who you are and from where I stand you're right in there with the tinfoil hat brigade on planet crazy. However, I'll be the first one to tell you NOT to take my word for it but to do your own homework regarding the subject. Hey, I've given you all the tools you need to check my sources and see for yourself if I'm full of shit or not. Did you spend 5 minutes looking at the Digitized Sky Survey yourself? Did you spend half an hour looking through a telescope? Did you lift one single finger to see if I'm right or did you just say "this doesn't fit with my world view so I must reject it". Try using some skeptical thought... just once.
