Yes. To bonethug67: You are right about Gore's tax proposal. But it will also affect working people positively. If I remember correctly on Larry King last year Gore talked about this tax but said something about a cut in the payroll tax. So anyone punching in a time-sheet (workers) will get the money back that they paid in gas taxes (hope I didn't mangle that).
