  • Yes, the sound is amazing.

Didn't you have a long lens or something? Can't really see much.

How did you smuggle that camcorder into a concert?

  • I WAS THERE!!! Awesome concert!

  • R.I.P. My borhters who will never return from Iraq and Afghanistan.

  • I am a fan of Classic Country Musis, but I have to say that Bob Seger is AMAZING. You cannot have grown up in the 70's and 80's and not love Bob Seger. I really don't think he gets all of the recognition that he deserves.

  • He's a good guy! Bob Seger!

  • Like to point out that 1/2 of another great Michigan R&R institution is on stage with Bob...Drummer Don Brewer and keyboardist Craig Frost of the immortal Grand Funk Railroad. Just thought I'd point that out...

  • @dertrommler54 Frost also came from the Michigan R&R group The Frost!

  • 2nd act i ever saw live...Supertramp being the first....seen him 4 times since....my musical hero and bible...

  • Je suis français, j'aime Bob Seger depuis 1978, quand je suis allé aux Etats Unis dans une famille... J'ai adoré et ce morceau est particulièrement génial...

  • Iam a young girl from germany,i found him on last fm and now i am a big fan and i want to have everything ind now my dream is to see him live only one time this would be great.

  • You never stop running...Bob Seger is a classic. Saw him the first time in 1980. Came out in (short!) cutoff shorts and tube socks. It was hotter than hell and people were drinking, smoking, and dropping like flies. Those were good times. Lol! Still love ya, Bob!

  • HUGE seger fan myself. I am 46 now and the memories of the NIGHT MOVES 8 track (YES 8 TRACK) in the Weight room......Helleva show....have seen him 4 times! BOB SEGER!!!!

  • I'm glad to know that bob's songs mean as much to people who didnt grow up in detroit, as they do to us. great vid

  • @azitazit Hey Detroit, Waving a hand from

  • When the legend talks, the people need to listen. I know if I paid a lot of money for tickets to this show, I sure as hell wouldn't spend my time talkin.

  • Why do people go see legends and dont shut the fuck up?

  • Wooohooo.. Bob Seger in Rupp Arena .. here in my town.. Lexington..

  • Great song and I really appreciate you putting it on....RiflemanRay

    GREAT RARE FOOTAGE....

  • I was there! It was AMAZING! But nothing was like Cobo Arena in Detroit. He is still amazing and I hope he puts on another tour! I'll go to every show!

  • Hey "Yankeefan"... Sox fan here... Glad we both can agree on Seger! Torre was great, hope Mattingly can keep the rivalry vital...

Here's to sports, rivalries that keep our blood flowing, great music like Seger, and America!

  • Bob is, IMO, one of rock's greatest icons. Thanks for the video.

  • bob rocked the joint in half

  • Bob put on one great show that night. A true classic rock icon for sure. I am impatiently awaiting the DVD release of his final show at Cobo in Detroit. I hear it will be out this fall, and I can not wait. Thanks for all the feedback on this video.

  • His final show? Damn it. Now we know that the apocalypse is at hand.

  • This must have been one of the last songs played. I was there but don't remember hearing him play this song but I think I did leave a little early.

  • My heart sunk as I had just about decided he was not going to sing the song which is the one I waanted to hear the most. It was the second to the last song he sung,so yes it was one of the last ones.

  • How could you leave early at a Bob Seger concert? Shame on you!

  • I was there too! What an awesome night! It was worth the 4 hour drive to see him. I think I was close to you because I can hear myself singing and talking. Thanks for posting this!

  • Thanks for posting that song. It brings back great memories of my youth. I've always held out hope that Bob would come to Australia one day but at least your post has let me go to him. Thanks again

  • I saw him at the DCU center, and I must say it was an incredible performance, just seemed a bit awkward that I appeared to be one of the youngest there

  • I was there! Awesome concert! His music hasn't changed a bit! Hope he comes back soon! I'll be there again.

  • I was sitting on the opposite side.. Funny, I got the 1st 3:40 of the song then my dig cam stopped... Still solid footage though... Did get the ending though with "Kentucky Wind"... Your vid is great. Had my parents and 6 year old daughter with me... She loves Bob! What a night!

  • He is the best, I just hope he'll do it again, but he aint getting any younger. Glad you like the video, it was a awesome night for sure. He is the best.

  • One of my favorite songs of all time. I saw him on Valentines Day about a month ago.... It was UNFORGETABLE. THank you for putting this movie up. I helps bring back the memory.

  • WHAT A NIGHT IT WAS. AWESOME
