if the white team encroached on the penalty boxx, then the restart is a penalty kick. if red enterd the box then the restart, if the shot scored, should be an indirect free kick for white. if the shot missed then its just a goal kick.

exactly chestacity, referees get the blame for slowing the game down with incidents like this, but it's the players fault! If the players learnt the rules then this wouldn't be an issue. Refs in england don't stop the play for foul throws, people in a wall moving fowards early etc. If you're a professional player earning £100,000 a week you should know the rules!!!

the goalie has to stand on the goal line and the players have to be outside the box at the time of the kick. those are the rules, the referee was justified. the last thing you want is a football federation claiming bias after the match.
