Internet petitions are ineffective, but I wouldn't sign that one focusing only on partner money even if they were.

What you need is a class action lawsuit going after the money adsense pockets by removing accounts (no mention of "partner"). I think it has become an invalid contract with the amount of money involved (not that I think it ever was a valid contract to say if we terminate the contract before we pay we don't have to pay what you are owed, nothing else in the world works like that).

I've heard about this happening to people, but this is the first time it's happened to any of my subscriptions. This is a tragedy. If this happened to me, I would continue making videos and continue fighting to get my partnership back. Don't give up, Al. I know that you enjoy making videos, so keep doing it.

I wanted a petition that was about everyone, a very broadly worded document to get their attention. Where there is eveidence of criminal intent to hurt or wreck someone elses channel, I believe Google needs to specifically investigate these incidents.
