@1957thunderbird312 Uhhhhhhhh, actually the Omni/Horizon and "K" car are the vehicles that are said to have saved Chrysler from going under during the 80s'. How would that correlate to being Dodges' (oh wait, you must have meant Chrysler.....right?) "Biggest Mistake"? how about ya keep pumpin the old school swing jams and cruisin' your PedoVan and leave the car knowledge to the people whom aren't sitting on their shoulders.

@carnypimp haha you got beat by an omni i bet, any 2.2/2.5 turbo engines are guaranteed sleepers, mine has taken out 5.0 mustangs and honda ricers on a regular basis

They DID make a supercharger kit for the 2.2. They are quite rare and expensive so I'd need proof of that!

In addition to turbo charging the 2.2, in the early eighties, Chrysler made "Direct Connection" (now called Mopar Performance) supercharger kits for their Mopar 2.2. Carroll Shelby help develop it. I was lucky enough to buy one of these kits for $1500 for my non-turbo Omni GLH. These kits are bolt on. I bought mine - from the original owner with a special Weber carb. He decided NOT the SC on his VW bug. Now call this bs!
