  • Hi! I have a question because I'm a little bit confused. Do we just do 1 -4 minute circuit? Or multiple 4 minute circuits? I know we are suppose to do this exercise for 45 seconds each I'm just not sure how many times you recommend. Thanks so much!   • Try not going all the way back down, and just lower half way staying on the meet of your glute, you shouldn't really be on your tailbone at all, or use more cushion. Let me know if this helps!

  • hi sarah i think you should do your next ab workout in your barefeet but before you workout wear some socks then show yourself removing your socks before you workout and make sure your toe nails are painted that would be an awsome video

  • @frozenbeans I agree, I'm terrible at push ups! I would greatly appreciate a video on how to build arm strength to do push ups.

    You can start pushups on your knees, going down as far as you can. Doing this over time will build up the needed muscles. You can also do them standing against the wall, the intensity can be controlled by how far away your feet are; the farther the harder.

    Standar bicep curls, shoulder presses, and rowing will also help.

  • LOOOOVE this! I just found out about the gym boss and interval challenges, and I am so excited to work this into my routine. I plan to start with kettlebell interval challeges in the AM before work.

  • I love mountain climbers..... Sarah, I just got a gym membership and wanted to get a good routine going. I do a lot of multi-muscle exercises like squats and a shoulder press in one exercise.... this gives me a full body workout as I have several other combinations I do in a single workout. How often should I do this to let muscles repair and so I don't over train?

  • abs are definitely made in the kitchen, no question

  • I would suggest yes focus on other larger muscle exercises to lose the weight like squats and lunges. These do work your abs. You wont slim down your midsection by doing crunches but you will gain definition once the extra fat in gone. Cardio and diet are most important when it comes to your abs.
