The priority of changing the constitution to consideration for running the presidential race is definitely new too. The importance of this is that if all candidates boycott the elections unless the constitution change, then the whole election will lack legitimacy. The Speech is excellent, But to enter in this competition you need to have a real plan based on the ground , A- Economic Plan. B- Political Plan. C- Geographic plan Etc.... Above all of that what will be the expected period to execute your plan, how you will you be your budget !!! above all of that where and who is your team that can be on the required level to execute the said targets......

In principle, I agree with you. But, this is assuming there is a competition, the message that ElBaradei is conveying is that "THERE IS NO REAL COMPETITION" and unfortunately, this is protected by the constitution which was approved and passed by people's representatives in the parliament.

I thought he delivered a very clear political plan which is "changing the constitution", in fact this is the clearest most direct political plan I have ever heard in the last 30 years.
