How do you Organize a Paper Pile?

nice tips in this video, my desk just has tons and tons of papers on it and I need to get a filing cabinet structure like she just showed us here. Looks very organized. If I win Pimp My Cube (online contest, heard of it? google it!) I will buy a structure just like this. Thanks!

@TheReichenbachs Client "reformed" and got it together! No more piles, just filed.Went through files one at a time from back to front, recycled lots of files, removed old files to bankers box, got rid of old labels, red hanging files for money related banking, mortgage, insurance. Walla - 1-2 hours Cleaned out and DONE!
