  • Hey everyone, I am Shredder008, the guy who made these guitar videos. I know its been a really long time since ive been active on this account.. I have forgotten my password, so can no longer log on. Anyways, Ive created a new account with my newest music! Its not guitar, i've gotten into creating Trance/Dubstep music, I'd like it if you all would check it out and let me know what you think!

  • amp settings and other gear? also a tab, please!

  • ahh yeah the picking hand i have to position it just like yours (flatlike) to be able to sweep better

  • can you tab this out im too lazy to press play and pause over and over

  • good to see another rower plays guitar

  • clean ass fucking sweeps dude

  • Nice!! What amp are you using dude?

  • Nice!! What amp are you using dude?

  • This makes me want to stop playing guitar and go back to bass and harsh vocals. No way I could ever do something that nice. And I've been trying to learn how to sweep for maybe two years and I've been playing guitar for five. :/

  • thats fuckin mad lol i can rarely do one successful sweep

  • how long did it take for u to sweep pick that good?

  • in order to make it harmonic minor, do you hammer onto the sharped 7th on the high E, then tap the octave root, or are you useing 4 notes throughout the sweep?

    thanks, and nice playing

  • nice.

  • that sounded good, nice

  • can anyone give me tabs to a few good sweeping patterns i cant find any =p

  • that was very good stuff

  • yes yes, very shallow and pedantic lol jk great sweeps....you should try sweeping some harmonized harmonic minor arpeggios, never seen that done :) cheers!

  • nice

  • very cool

  • hey man how do u make arpeggios out of the scale? i been messing around but nothin sounds good

  • you take the chords, and break them up.

    so instead of it being

    -2

    -2

    -0

    it would be

    ---2

    --2

    -0

  • I was always told you skip every other note in a scale.

  • You typically make progressions in thirds. So you actually will play every third note of a scale, but then you could always add on and make it fancier.

  • shredder008 basically explained it....if your going to make a simple 1-3-5 arpeggio try adding a 7th, 9th , or 11th not for a more outside sound

  • For a standard major or minor arpeggio you'd take the root, third, fifth and the root (except an octave up) from a standard minor or major scale. Simple.

  • fuckin sweet

  • i have that guitar

  • Holy fucking shitballs! That are some nice skills.

  • exxelent:)

  • Excellent work.

  • nice, did you came up with it or from where did you got this sweet lick ?

  • This is something that I came up with on my own. Thanks!

  • @shredder008 Do you have some tabs for this? I've been looking for harmonic minor sweeps forever! Thanks.

  • Is that a Dean ML?

  • @LichKingSkullWart yes it is!

  • Nice one, I like the orginal shape and look of it but I don't think I could live without my spikes!

  • Damn George!

    That's amazing...man I want your guitar!

    Nice videos (:
