Edison might not have the best rap skills, but he is trying to bring a different genre into HK's music industry. Before this year, I wouldn't think FAMA would have become popular. If Edison & Co didn't go toward the real hip-hop genre, there wouldn't be anyone be serious to make money as HK rappers. Besides, it's hard to rap in Chinese in the first place. Especially Cantonese is a lot harder to learn and rap than Mandarin.

It's just speaking the first thing that comes to mind, and if it happens to be english then speak it. Afterall most hong kong people understand english to a certain degree, so why should someone be so hateful about it when people speak with canto english mix, most hong kong people have to study english too.
