@p1gta1p Definitely agree. I was born in the mid - 80's. Love the music from back then - when we had real ARTISTS on the scene, but hate the stuff from today. I gave up on the current stuff in 2002. Even the very few post-2002 songs I do like are all made by artists who started out in the 90's.

Looking back, I can kind of see how we got to the way music is now, around 1998 record labels just started plagiarizing each other big time and haven't stopped since. Now everything just sounds the same.

@jteenking it's a style of RbB music from 1986-1995ish and it's basically RnB songs with a 1/16th swing beat to it. Ex. Nasty Boys: Janet Jackson, and even some Michael Jackson's songs from Dangerous album is New Jack Swing. That's alright, I'm 20 years old, it's not ignorance, you were just born in that era.
