What are you talking about? Venom is just shy of immortality. He can change his shape to dodge attacks. Has monstrous offensive capabilities and has tremendous speed. Plus he can web sling and if the hulk can hit him, the hulk can't win. Then Venom could tear the hulk apart from the inside out. The hulk is not invulnerable, Venom could move in, punture his brain and game over. Venom could never lose a fighter that uses shear strength, he's just too flexible.

Final point is you said Superman can only be killed by Kryptonite, there's 3 things wrong with that. 1. Nobody said it was a fight to the death. 2.Superman is also vulnerable to magic so the statement is completely wrong and 3. His powers come from Earths sun so provided Hulk can do enough damage during night fall and Superman can't reach the sunny side of the planet hulk can kill him. Also nobody said the fight was on Earth or in any of their universes with a sun to recharge him.

With that out of the way lets get to the stuff at the start about Superman and how wrong it was. 1st point is that you said Hulk couldn't find Kryptonite in the Marel Universe. Well 2 problems with that, 1. Nobody said Hulk would be fighting Superman in the Marvel Universe, he could be fighting in the D.C Universe and 2. If they did fight in the Marvel Universe then it is possible that anybody else from D.C came across too with Kryptonite.

This was already covered in a What if? comic a long time ago. The symbiote absorbed all of Spiderman's strength and left him an old man then he bonded with the Hulk and drained him of all his power curing Dr. Banner and leaving him normal before going after his real target, which was Thor. He used his combined powers stolen from Spiderman and the Hulk to overwhelm him but before the bond could be completed Black Bolt uses his sonics and Black Cat uses a weapon created by Kingpin to kill it.
