  • THIS IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED!!!

  • change of ride cymbal?

  • I use this Bosphorus ride for jazzier sounds. I constantly switch between the three rides I have depending on what kind of sound I want.

  • Schöne Sache, ein Klassiker so die linke Hand zu trainieren. Aber bei deiner Reboundtechnik kommt die Moeller Technik bei der langsamen Time raus, aber wenn du schneller spielst ist da nix mehr mit Moeller. Down tap tap. Ansonsten klasse

  • jungleritter your videos are truly awesome, thankyou so much for posting

  • Thanks my friend, you're very welcome :-)

  • You can almost turn this into a blast beat :D, it's a really good exercise, I'm sure to practice it(I need some independence with my hi-hats as well). You could probably add about 1 measure of straight 16th notes with the left hand(I suppose that's how you count them) so you can train your muscle some more and learn not to just rely on the rebound, but add some strokes with the fingers/wrists. :)

  • Yeah, great ideas. You can expand this stuff as much as you want, come up with your own patterns and exercises. Have fun :-)

  • hmm good idea to apply to the right hand aswell? both my hands are slow :)

  • You could switch your hands of course but I think it's better to do certain workouts on a practice pad for example if you want to improve the speed of both of your hands.

  • BIG thx for those exercises - its really useful. My left hand is so weak.... thx again - very good job...

  • You're very welcome :-) Have fun...

  • thanks andy (I hope i clued into your name "AndyDrums"?lol).. if not, then pretend I actually said Ydna haha :) Anyways, I can't wait to try this! Thanks ! You rock!

    Thanks and take care

    Cheers from Canada

  • Hey Ydna, are these exercise in your drumbooks? Thanks again for these videos.

  • You're very welcome! They are not in my books but some exercises like these, maybe a little more jungle/D&B specific, will be in my upcoming drum book I'm currently working on.

    Cheers
