The actual tumbling move and the kung-fu (it's not actually KUNG FU, it's another style) is pre-scripted into the game as a type of "player action move".

All the rest is scripted/timed. What you can't "see" there due to poor video quality is the guy up front is actually SINGING it, his lips moving to the lead singers words.
