Not to sound like an mean person but maybe you should consider redoing this video with better mic recording rather than the choppy one in the current video.
In windows 7 starter is pretty much a demo you can't change wallpaper or do alot of stuff so if you are use to customization then starter is not the OS for you. I like Ubuntu and Linux personally XP was windows best OS but they cut support.
