False, the voice you're hearing in this recording that is flat is actually agnetha's- it is the higher of the two female voices. If you listen closely you can hear that Frida is on pitch , though a little congested at times. It is still an awesome performance and both of them have unique but equally impressive voices.

It's obviously live. I've seen a lot of videotapes from this period which are slightly out of sync, that's just what happends to tapes over years. ABBA did lip-sync some of their TV appearances but this one isn't. Anyway, this is a good ABBA performance, I actually like it more than the studio version.
