@ETube37 There's 2 ways of getting this song, one is getting an online mix tape called "Pain" which you can google to find. The second way is getting a compilation album Death Row released called "15 Years On Death Row" otherwise you'll have to go on ebay and find a used cassette tape of the soundtrack or find the CD single of Regulate.
