Good stuff. The part at 1:40 Eddie uses the toggle switch. On my HSS strat I can re create that effect (he used a gibson Explorer for the song- only 3 settings on the guitar) if the middle pickup is set with a low on the tone knob. and toggle to 2 back to it, then 2 forward to the bridge pickup.

I see you only use the tip of your pick. you should try Dunlop (ultex) Jazz 3's! takes a couple of ours to get used to because they are very small but you'll never want anything else anymore! it's perfect for pinch harmonics.
