Seriously though...if you continue to do this...try to find the Sinus Genie salts. You'll love 'em. I put about a dropper full of colloidal silver added to it too.

I do this all the time...I love the way it feels. The salts I use are made by Sinus Genie...it has Eucalyptus, lemon grass and spearmint oils in it and it leaves you feeling very refreshed. Be very careful how hard you blow out...sometimes you'll hear your ears pop pretty hard. You need to get the excess water out too. Put a tissue or paper towel to your nose when completed, and at the back bob up and down with your head down and blowing at the same time to get all the water out of there,

What was the end result? A thought for you ,always bend over with the top of your head pointing at the floor,try and hold it for 5 minutes or longer,then when you stand up the pressure will drag the stuff to the back of your throat,then you can spit it out.

I sympathise with you,there is nothing worse. There is a Drug called BECONAISE NASAL SPRAY here in aus,it saved me having an operation. If you find it and want to use it PM me,A doctor told me the correct app,it is brilliant stuff!
