Sometimes I feel like I'm just rolling dice or playing mario party. With tripping and smash balls and items and level hazards. Smash is not designed for true competitive play.

When I started playing smash I was more casual. I just loved the idea of the iconic characters duking it out. But as I played more, I actually took pride in a growing fighting style. However the series dumbed itself down with brawl. Can't a game be competitive AND just simple intuitive brawling fun? WHY TRIPPING?

Let's hope some of the negative feedback for Brawl by some Melee 'pros' (as they call themselves) will be ignored. They basically wanted Brawl to be Melee 2.0 and they bitched when it wasn't. Let each Smash Bros title be its own game. I mean Brawl wasn't perfect and a had some really noticeable problems (bad online, tripping etc.) but in my opinion it wasn't a bad game. Lots of people complained about it for the wrong reasons.

I htink they should return the melee character that were removed. Change it up a bit like Dr.Nario if the pill doesnt hit opponent and hits an ally then resore like 3% or something. Add Shadow or Silver not Tails because Sonic needs a counter character. Add Ocelot or Raiden for Snakes counter part. For the love of god no more pokemon character, bring back mewtwo replace Pichu with the long awaited Raichu or Zoroark, and thats it. Remove the clone smash attack(Fox,Wolf,Falco-Link, toon link.)
