BBB is a Scam. Check the 20/20 video. My own company has an F because we won't pay them to "join their club". Don't listen to this washed up office muncher. She is extorting money from legit businesses to fuel the CEO pockets!
When my Xbox failed due to a well publicized defect, Microsoft refused to repair it for free but instead offered to charge me $100 for their well known defect. Class action suits flew and were settled. Me? Nothing! CNN reported every client was happy with the outcaome - BULL SHIT. I called BBB and they utlimately put on my file/complaint "satisfied to clients satisfaction".
You guys are LIARS and I have no faith in the BBB...specifically the Washington State BBB. BBB??? The point??
Have you contacted the BBB back and stated that you were not satisfied? probably not! People always want to blame their short comings on other people.
The BBB assists millions of customers each year and thank God there is a BBB!
From my experience, the BBB pretends to help consumers while doing the least amount of work possible. Sure there are a lot of petty complaints made and those should not effect a company report but even real serious complaints go missing or land of deaf ears... the BBB doesn't want any legal responsibility so unless a company is obviously rotten the BBB will do everything they can to not upset anyone... especially a company that might sue the BBB as opposed to an individual who won't
Check out the list of companies on the BBB boardship...if you have a complaint on those companies then don't be surprised. They legally bribed their way from consumer protection. Your best bet is with the CLASS ACTION SUIT since the BBB will NEVER help.
The BBB only assists those individuals who don't challenge Microsoft - Microsoft is on the BOARD of the BBB. If you have a failed system - don't talk to the BBB for help. They were bought off. Maybe they'll assist you in regards to other companies who are not BOARD MEMBERS. Do you want me to list the other companies? If not, stfu because you don't know what you're talking about. I'm just a simple dude who got ripped off - the 2nd time by the BBB who sold out.
GoBuck, I have the print screen of the complaint and how they stated "satisfied result" - I've told BBB and I'm now telling you that Microsoft did not settle.
THIS is why Class-Action suits are launched and in spite of the successes of those suits, BBB gives high-marks to Microsoft - ever wonder why? Ya think it's because they bought their way onto the boardship? Hmmmm....you have to be utterly stupid to not put that together especially in light of the many scandals today.
